Early Morning Cleaner – Atlantic Racquet Centre – Bideford
Atlantic Racquet Centre is looking for an early morning cleaner to join our existing team of cleaners.
The centre is an exciting new community racquet & fitness facility in Bideford which currently has 10 tennis courts, 3 Badminton courts, 2 table tennis tables, a large gym, toilets, showers & changing rooms, offices & meeting spaces.
The successful applicant will work independently under the direction of the management team. They will be responsible for unlocking the building and cleaning in all of the main spaces including: toilets, changing rooms, offices, gym, lobby areas. They will be responsible for ensuring the centre is in a clean and hygienic condition ready for the day ahead and replenishing supplies where required.
The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, fast working, punctual and professional with experience of cleaning work in similar commercial environments. An interest in sport & leisure and the ARC vision & mission is desirable.
The position will involve early morning shifts from 6am. Hours will range between 4 – 12 hours a week (depending on the successful candidate’s availability).
Pay will be at or slightly above statutory minimum wage p/h based on experience.
Acceptance will be subject to satisfactory references and a DBS check.
