Adult Tennis SESSIONS
We offer a large range of daytime, evening and weekend adult tennis coaching sessions for most abilities. Our experienced LTA accredited coaches deliver weekly engaging sessions that guarantee to help you improve your game, keep you motivated and avoid that dreaded tennis elbow!
Our sessions work in a variety of ways in terms of payment with some sessions requiring you to commit in advance to a block of 6 or 7 and others allowing you to simple pay per session.
New Booking System
All of our sessions and classes are now done through ‘Team Up’ this app allows you to search through a calendar and book your desired session.
Tennis Xpress
For players who are completely new to tennis or have only played a few times before. You'll learn how to rally, how to serve and how to score in a fun and social environment

Adult Improvers
For players that can have a short rally but still make lots of mistakes. A detailed session focusing on basic technique, positioning and the primary tactics of the game.

Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Availability varies-please contact us for details of available sessions.

Adult Intermediate
Sessions for players playing at league team standard who want to develop their tactical understanding of the game whilst still improving technique. Ideal for players playing at B to D team standard. Not sure where you fit in? Contact us.

Practice & Play
An hour of coach led drills for all abilities designed to improve your tactical awareness and technical ability followed by an hour of fun social match play. Cardio Tennis
A fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities. Supported by music and qualified instructors, you'll get to hit loads of tennis balls during your class and have a great cardio workout at the same time.

Super Drills
This is a pay as you go session aimed at adults wanting to do some repetitive drills, Coach Julie will get you working hard and hitting over 500 balls in the hour!

KEY
You’ll notice that each of our session titles are followed a location and in some cases ‘Improver’ or ‘Intermediate’. Here’s what they mean:
Improver = Sessions for players near the beginning of their tennis journey and focusing on the basic technique and tactics.
Intermediate = Sessions for more experienced players most likely playing local league Tennis
(in) = The session takes place on our indoor courts all year round
(out) = The session takes place on our outdoor courts all year round (in most weathers!)
(in/out) = The session takes place indoors in winter and outdoors in summer
