Head of Adult & Performance Tennis

We’re looking for a dynamic coach to lead our adult and performance junior programmes. This is a permanent employed role (20–25 hours/week) with additional earning potential through private 1:1 coaching on self-employed basis

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-quality coaching to adults and performance-level juniors

  • Lead and grow ARC’s adult and youth racquet programmes

  • Collaborate with senior staff to maintain and enhance coaching standards

  • Contribute to outreach, schools, and inclusive tennis sessions

What We’re Looking For

  • LTA Level 3+ Accredited Coach or higher

  • Strong communicator with coaching programme experience

  • Skilled in player retention and sports development

  • Confident producing reports and marketing content

Schedule
Includes evenings and weekends: Mon, Tue, Thu, Sat

Club Tennis Coach

ARC is looking for an ambitious Tennis Coach to join our team of skilled & enthusiastic coaches. The ideal candidate will be a Level 2 or 3 LTA qualified coach, enthusiastic & passionate about developing & retaining players in Tennis, and will deliver a wide range of on court sessions to both children & adults.

The advertised role is split into two parts: (1) A permanent employed contract for 15 hours of weekly coaching; (2) A fixed term employed contract for 15 hours of weekly coaching covering a maternity leave.

There will be ample opportunity for cover work to increase earnings as well as good potential to grow the role in future. Likewise, becoming an ARC approved coach will also afford the successful applicant the opportunity to offer individual lessons at the centre also on a self- employed basis to further supplement their income.

Salary: Based on experience
Start date: July/August 2025.
