Atlantic Racquet Centre is proud to open up our Meeting Room to hire, perfect for your next business gathering or training session in Bideford! Situated on the ground floor the meeting room boasts a relaxing view overlooking the outdoor tennis courts. Our versitile space comfortably seats up to 16 attendees in a professional boardroom style layout or transform it to accommodate up to 25 participants in a classroom setting.

The meeting room is available to hire 7 days a week, all year round. There is ample free parking available onsite and our friendly staff are always available to help.

Our opening times are:

Monday - Friday: 8.00am - 9.00pm
Saturday: 8.00am - 4.00pm
Sunday: 9.00am - 3.00pm

Meeting Room Hire Rates

Pricing:

  • Per hour - £15.00

  • Half day - up to 4 hours - £45.00

  • Full day - up to 8 hours - £90.00

  • All prices are inclusive of VAT
