At the annual Devon Tennis County Awards hosted on Wednesday 24th January, ARC team members Hannah Miller and Ella Wilson were recognised for their hard work, dedication, and outstanding contribution to tennis in Devon.
Hannah was named Performance Coach of the Year for 2023 for her incredible work at ARC, transforming our tennis performance programme, developing 15 players to perform in county squads, 2 players at regionals, and more than 20 players competing regularly in other graded tournaments. Known for her high energy and challenging lessons, Hannah brings years of experience, skill and passion to her coaching at ARC.
Ella was awarded Volunteer of the Year for 2023 after successfully becoming part of the LTA’s Young Person’s Welfare Ambassador (YPWA) pilot programme and continuing to be an exceptional role model for the younger members of the group. Ella has contributed to ensuring that ARC is a safe, welcoming place for young people to play and enjoy tennis.
