Fun multi-skills sessions aimed at helping develop the fundamental movement stages of agility, balance, co-ordination and speed.
Mini Tennis Red is for players just starting out in tennis. It is played on small courts with short rackets and soft balls. It's just like the real game and gives players opportunities to have long rallies and play different types of shots.
Mini Tennis Orange is the next stage in mini tennis and is played on a 3/4 size court with softer balls. The slightly larger court allows players to develop some tactics whilst continuing to improve their technique.
You're good with forehand and backhands, know where to stand and how to score tennis. A detailed session focusing on intermediate level tactics in both singles and doubles whilst continuing to develop technique
The final stage of mini tennis where players learn to handle the full size court with lower compression tennis balls. Here players further develop their technique ready to progress to the much faster yellow ball.
Full size rackets, courts and ball. Players can start to develop the tactical knowledge needed to compete whilst still developing their technique.
Based on the Spanish drills philosophy of hitting as many balls as possible whilst working largely on footwork and movement around the court. This coach fed session is perfect for anyone looking to improve their strokes.
Players cement the tactical and technical skills required to play social tennis and compete in tournaments.
A fun variation of tennis played on a smaller tennis court with lower compression balls to slow the game down. A great way of practising your tennis whilst meeting new people and playing a fun variation of the sport.
Invitational sessions for players competing at a high level who
require a mix of surfaces and weather conditions for their training.
Tennis for people of all ages with learning and physical disabilities
A fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities. Supported by music and qualified instructors, you'll get to hit loads of tennis balls during your class and have a great cardio workout at the same time.
In these small pay per class sessions the coach will work on area’s that you the player wants to focus on. Setting up simple drills then moving round the group ensuring each player gets some quality 1:1 time with the coach.
Come along to our brand new adult daytime sessions Practice & Play. This new session gives you the opportunity to come along and practice via coach led drills and activities for one hour to improve your tennis then an hour of organised social and fun match play.
